We are hiring an Interim Project Coordinator on behalf of a Healthcare Software and Consulting Company! This position is guaranteed for 4 months with potential for a permanent placement.
Role Summary
The Interim Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple client engagements. This role partners closely with consulting teams to ensure projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and client deliverables are completed accurately. The position supports both operational and financial aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for multiple active consulting projects
- Support two cross-functional consulting teams with varying project scopes and timelines
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution
- Maintain and update project tracking tools to support internal reporting and meetings
- Assist with monthly billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking related to client engagements
- Coordinate and support virtual client meetings with mid- to senior-level professionals
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across teams and clients
- Support the delivery of client education initiatives, including live and recorded virtual sessions
- Format, proofread, and prepare professional reports and presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles within healthcare
- Experience with SmartSheets or a project management workflow tracking tools strongly preferred
- Background in healthcare or another highly regulated industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders in virtual settings
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Role Details
- Compensation: $40-$50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility on start/end times
- Employment Type: Temporary contract (4 months) with potential for a permanent placement
